The University of Rouen Normandie, a breeding ground for skills
With over 35,000 students, including 1,000 work-study students, 1,200 continuing education trainees and 2,800 international students, the Université de Rouen Normandie encourages the development and broadening of each student’s skills. From the “BUT” to doctorates and engineering degrees, the URN offers nearly 400 courses on six campuses, covering all fields of study to train the employees of tomorrow.

Many of the University’s courses are eligible for the taxe d’apprentissage. Consult the list of components to which you wish to pay your taxe d’apprentissage and, if necessary, specify the degree(s) you wish to support.
Visit SOLTéA, the platform for paying the taxe d’apprentissage;
- Select the University using UAI code 0761904G or the University training structure(s) you wish to support (see UAI codes).
- Indicate the share you wish to allocate (in percentage), then confirm your choice.
Calendar
- May 26 to June 27, 2025: 1st allocation period and opening of SOLTéA for employers
- July 14 to October 4, 2025:2nd allocation period and campaign closing date
- From November 27, 2025: payment of undistributed funds by regulation

Careers Forum
The Careers Forum, organized in conjunction with our partners, is designed to inform UFR Law, Economics and Political Science students about the opportunities associated with the various courses on offer, to help them identify or consolidate their career plans.
Zünd S3 M-1600 series multifunction cutting table
The Zünd S3 M-1600 multifunction cutting table is a digital flatbed cutting machine, designed to cut, groove, mill or mark a wide variety of materials (cardboard, foam, plastic, etc.) with great precision. It enables students to design and produce packaging prototypes in conditions close to industrial reality, with tools used in the packaging, printing or prototyping sectors.
Purchase of equipment for UFR Sciences et techniques
- Teaching bench for practical work: teaching materials and equipment specifically designed for the needs of technical education;
- Purchase of teaching aids for the study of infrared thermography, including the influence of emissivity, for practical work in bachelor’s degrees in physics and mechanics, and in master’s degrees in energy;
- Cabling and PCs for the information department to create a second practical room.
161ᵉ professional sports conference
Thanks to the taxe d’apprentissage, students in the Master 2 Management du Sport Professionnel program at UFR STAPS welcomed Étienne Capon, Managing Director of the Ligue Nationale de Handball. Governance, institutional relations, media challenges and the visibility of women’s sport were among the topics discussed.
